Ben works on a number of levels with a focus on creating, improving and reviewing high performance cultures and systems. Ben’s consultancy work includes:
- Organisation wide reviews
- Independent governing body reviews
- Performance reviews both across entire sports and also individual teams, groups and businesses
- Specialist performance culture work with teams and businesses
As well as working with a variety of corporate businesses and international sporting bodies, Ben continues as a consultant with various professional sports teams at club and international level.
Mentoring
Ben undertakes individual mentoring to professional sportsmen and women, coaches and corporate professionals. Current clients include players in the Premier League.
Columnist and Media
Ben provides a unique angle when writing about sport. He often discusses the topics and themes behind performance with his own insight and experiences. Currently a columnist for The Guardian, he also written for the other publications and journals including, World Rugby, The Times, The National (UAE), and Teivovo (Fiji).
Ben appears in both TV and Radio as a guest pundit or expert with broadcasters such as the BBC, BT Sport and Sky Sports.
Ambassador
As an ambassador, Ben provides a range of services from speaking engagements and appearances, talks and workshops as well as hands on input into the organisations. These ambassador roles are deliberately very small in number and include HSBC, Fiji Airways, and Play-Ex.
